The apartment was in a great location, within walking distance of all the major tourist attractions. The cleaning of the apartment was well done and the facilities provided were excellent, from cleaning detergent to body wash, shampoo, and kitchen utensils. The bed in the bedroom was also very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

There were a few negative aspects to our stay. the communication with the staff was quite poor.

We also appreciated the flexibility in our arrival time, allowing us to leave our bags early. The location was great, with easy access to local food shops and coffee shops frequented by locals. We enjoyed exploring the city on foot and discovering hidden gems recommended by the friendly staff. The key location was amazing, with easy access to all the places we wanted to visit. There were plenty of food shops and coffee shops nearby, and we were advised to eat where the locals do - it was definitely worth it! We enjoyed strolling along the river and exploring the city on foot.

The staff was difficult to get hold of to collect the keys. The telephone number provided didn't connect, which was frustrating.

I recently stayed at Green-Apartments Pleno Centro for a short trip with my friends. The apartment was clean and had a bathroom on each floor, which was great. The towels and bedlinen were clean and tidy, and the mattresses were firm but comfortable. The kitchen had an oven and a good sized fridge and freezer, which was rare and useful. The location was nice, on the outskirts of the center but near the Old Santa Cruz area. There was also a roof terrace that we could use. it was a bright and airy space with plenty of room for the four of us.
